At VitalDrive, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Shipping Coverage: VitalDrive ships to the United States and Canada only.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us at support@vitaldrive.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will manage your request directly — you will not need to contact any manufacturer or supplier. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Conditions by Product Category

Health Supplements (e.g., Heart of Steel)

  • Unopened, sealed supplements in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened supplements are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

Body Sculpting & EMS Devices (e.g., MYOslim)

  • Devices may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • Items showing signs of use or missing components are not eligible for return.

Items Damaged in Transit Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence to support@vitaldrive.shop. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Final Sale Items Opened health supplements and items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To get the right item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@vitaldrive.shop.

VitalDrive reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
