At VitalDrive, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us at support@vitaldrive.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will handle your request from start to finish — you won't need to contact any manufacturer or supplier directly. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Health supplements (MARATHON, Liposomal Vitamin C, and others) are non-returnable once opened due to health and safety regulations.
  • Wera automotive tools may be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days, with all original packaging intact.
  • Items damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Final Sale Items: Opened health supplements and items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are final sale and not eligible for return. Please review product listings carefully before ordering.

Damages & Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vitaldrive.shop and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Product-Specific Return & Warranty Information

  • Health Supplements (MARATHON, 6AMRun Training Trio, Elite Reindeer Antler Extract, Liposomal Vitamin C, Formula 49, Alpha Buck): Opened supplements are non-returnable. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days.
  • Wera Automotive Tools (Socket Sets, L-Keys, Impact Sockets): Unused tools in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. For warranty claims, contact us at support@vitaldrive.shop and we will manage the claim on your behalf.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@vitaldrive.shop.

VitalDrive reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
